The show season is well underway and we’re delighted to have a busy summer ahead for Pamper Moose country show events in 2022.
So far this year our Pamper Moose country show events have included the brilliant Easter Country Show in Beccles, Suffolk and the Nonsuch Country Show in Epsom. Typically, each of these shows attract 8,000-10,000 people and this year seemed no different with the crowds being attracted by a wide range of great entertainment.
These country fairs have a great feel to them with families having so much to see and do including dog shows, classic cars, falconry exhibitions, pony races, motorbike stunt shows, fairground, a huge array of refreshments from every taste and, of course, fantastic traders such as ourselves with handmade products for sale. This all generates such a great atmosphere and, throw in a little sunshine, for a perfect British day out.
What we really enjoy at these shows is the chance to talk to our customers and get their immediate feedback on our fragrances as well as product colours and range. Needless to say, we have all of our products available to try including our whipped and solid body butters, whipped and solid body butters, solid shampoos and conditioners, soaps, lip balms, bath bombs and not forgetting our ever-popular men’s grooming range.
Many of these products take many months to create, going though endless versions until we are happy that the balance of great ingredients, fragrance, texture, size, colour and effectiveness. Consequently, when we hear feedback from customers it is both so encouraging and we gain so much that helps with future ideas.
Our Travel Essentials Sets have been a particular hit this year with summer holidays on people’s minds, this plastic free and fluid free hair and skincare option has sold very well. This innovative product has not been easy to produce but it has all been worth it and we love converting people to solid shampoo!!
Exhibiting at country show events did initially seem a bit of an unknown; would those at a country show be interested in shopping for haircare, skincare or bath bombs?! But actually our Vegan range of cosmetics and ethos of being plastic free, cruelty free and handmade has certainly resonated well. A quick sample of a fabulous body butter and many people have been hooked and they leave with a good bag full of goodies!
